In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

4.1 Registration Process

You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at the time of registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on vip556. Where duplicate accounts are detected, vip556 reserves the right to merge or close the accounts, void any associated bonuses or winnings, and suspend access to the platform.

4.3 Account Security

4.5 Account Closure

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

• Losses incurred as a result of wagers placed in reliance on any pricing error or data feed inaccuracy that was subsequently corrected;
• The conduct of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or data supplier.

Nothing in these Terms limits vip556's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause prevents vip556 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraud.
